MATT DURMUS
As Co-Founder of Iron Wolf Asset Management, Matt Durmus brings a unique blend of expertise in global tech markets, corporate leadership, and finance. His extensive knowledge of technology and finance shapes the firm’s innovative approaches to navigating today’s complex markets.
Prior to co-founding Iron Wolf, Matt held leadership roles at SAP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he led strategic initiatives, supported market expansion, and contributed to mergers and acquisitions and financial modeling efforts.
Matt holds a Master of Advanced Management from Yale School of Management, an Executive MBA from Koc University, and a BA in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Commerce University. His academic and professional background underscores his deep understanding of the intersection between technology and finance.

SELCUK OZNAL
Selcuk Oznal is a seasoned technology executive with over 35 years of leadership experience spanning product management, sales management, business development, and ecosystem growth.
Throughout his distinguished career, Selcuk has held senior leadership positions—including Sales Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President—at global technology leaders such as SAP and HP.
His deep knowledge of technology and finance fuels his passion for building long-term value through strategic partnerships, customer-centric strategies, and the effective use of technology to drive innovation and growth.
He holds a degree in Mathematical Engineering and a master’s degree in System Analysis from Istanbul Technical University.
